Five convenient locations are open early and late, including two locations that are open 24 hours a day, to fit your schedule.

This is a great place for all of your fitness desires, it is clean comfortable and the staff is friendly and attentive. You can workout then enjoy outdoors or inside relaxing areas to socialize or for personal stuff i.e., reading or computer wk. The Cafe is spacious and serves healthy wraps and shakes very affordable!

Clean equipment. Locker rooms / showers can use some updating / repairs. Outdoor pool area is nice and clean. Outdoor bar has good drink options for pool side imbibing 😉

I visited Ochsner Fitness Center today as a guest for the first time, and I can say it's the best gym I have been to. When I walked in, I was welcomed by the front desk, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly friendly and inviting. I was genuinely impressed by the wide variety of equipment, amenities, and activities available. What surprised me most was how big the place is, and how much they have to offer. It’s clear that the monthly membership is more than worth it, especially compared to my current gym. With my own membership ending soon, and after seeing firsthand what Ochsner has to offer, I’ve made the decision to switch over permanently at the end of the month — thanks to my friend, who invited me to workout today.

I trained at the Ochsner Fitness Center for 2 days for the Huey P. Long Bridge Run, and from those 2 days I can see why they have so many members! The gym has a huge variety of equipment. The spacing is large and clean. There’s a food and smoothie area that is reasonably priced. Not to mention, there are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools & pickleball courts! There’s even an outside bar. I don’t even know if I should call this place a gym anymore… it’s basically everything you can think of all related to active health in one place! The facility is friendly to all ages, as I’ve seen a variety of different people when I worked out here. The membership prices can honestly be expensive, as a single membership can be over $80 a month. However, I feel like it’s worth the price considering everything that comes with the membership itself. If I didn’t live a bit far from the center, I would definitely be a member here, but I’m glad I got to have the chance to explore everything at Ochsner Fitness Center. If you’re in the area and are looking for a friendly gym/health environment, I’d recommend checking this place out at least once.

Best gym in Nola! New equipment, friendly staff, a cafe and outdoor bar. I can’t even count how many different pools there are. Summer concerts are super fun. Saunas and cold plunge have become a daily must.

I've been training with Joseph McCoy since 2019, and in that time, he's helped me become stronger and more physically fit than I’ve ever been. His guidance, consistency, and ability to challenge me while keeping workouts engaging have made a huge difference in my health and confidence. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals with a trainer who truly knows what they’re doing.

Great gym. Has everything you want in a gym. Every fitness activity, great classes, multiple pools. Including three lap pools! Staff is great and it’s very clean. They need to add family changing rooms for adults with children.

Considering I was paying almost $70 a month for a tiny 24hrs gym, only paying around $80 a month for this gym is nothing! It has almost anything you could think to need! Always clean and great quality equipment!
